During the execution of the warrant, Detectives located evidence and arrested Samuel Bosworth for possession and distribution of child pornography.
Bosworth was on active Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for similar offenses that occurred in 2015. He violated the terms of his probation and was booked into jail on the charges of
3455(b)(1) PC - Revocation of PRCS.
311/11(b) PC - Possession of Child Pornography with a Prior Conviction.
311.2(c) PC - Distribution of Child Pornography.
