Summary :
Each year since 1995, 7-Eleven’s Operation Chill has allowed law enforcement officers to “ticket” youngsters they observe doing good deeds or exhibiting positive behavior. The ticket is actually a coupon good for a free, small Slurpee at any participating 7-Eleven store.

This summer, LPD is partnering with 7-Eleven to dispense free Slurpee coupons to kids within the City of Lompoc. Our officers will be on the lookout for youth around the city, rewarding them for wearing bicycle helmets, good deeds, constructive activities, acts of kindness, and more.

The LPD hopes that all the children have a safe and cool summer!
