23152(A) VC - DUI Alcohol
23152(B) VC - DUI Alcohol Above .08% | | Address: | 5400 Block 2nd St. | Around 4:00 pm, officers were dispatched to a residence regarding a Court Order violation. Upon their arrival, the suspect was discovered to have already left the area. Later, around 5:30 pm, officers were informed that the suspect was now at the original caller's son's residence. Officers responded and located the suspect. During their investigation, it was discovered that, in addition to the Court Order violation, the suspect was driving while under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was arrested for the Court Order violation and for driving while under the influence. The suspect was booked into the South Placer County Jail.

| Date Occurred: | 03/25/2026 | | Crime: | Felony Warrant Arrest | | Address: | 4700 Block of David Ct. | At approximately 10:19 am, officers responded to a residence where they contacted and arrested a subject who had an outstanding felony warrant. The subject was transported and booked at the South Placer County Jail.

| Date Occurred: | 03/25/2026 | | Crime: | 530.5(A) PC - Identity theft, 11377(A) HS - Possess controlled substance, 11364(A) HS - Possess illegal drug paraphernalia | | Address: | 2300 block of Sunset Boulevard | At around 4:40 pm, an officer stopped a vehicle for a vehicle code violation. During the stop, the officer discovered that both the driver and passenger were on searchable probation out of Sacramento County for drug-related charges. While on a probation search of the vehicle, the officer discovered stolen bank checks, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia linked to both suspects. Both suspects were placed under arrest and booked at South Placer County Jail.

The officer was able to conduct a traffic stop on both vehicles. Both drivers were issued citations, and both vehicles were impounded for 30 days.

11364(A) HS - Possession of Illegal Drug Paraphernalia | | Address: | Sunset Boulevard & Atherton Road | At 12:00 pm, an officer stopped a subject on a bicycle for vehicle code violations. The subject was found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. The subject was placed under arrest for the warrant, and during a search incident to arrest, the officer located methamphetamine and a meth pipe on the suspect's person. The suspect was additionally charged for possession and booked at South Placer County Jail.
